Physical property:    
The product is soluble in Phenol-tetrachloroethane and o-chlorophenol etc., weak in hygroscopy, acid-resistant. It has higher chemical stability and good light resistance. Polyester short-cut fiber has high breaking tenacity, low breaking elongation, and good thermal stability. Its length is shorter than normal staple fiber. It has smooth and straight appearance, excellent dispersibility in medium.

Application:
In wet papermaking, this fiber can improve greatly the tensile strength and tearing severity of paper. It is also applied in color wrapping paper and art paper. Especially it is applied in filter paper which is used in automobile industry, chemical analysis, cleaner and food making industry. The filter paper has the features of high ventilation and low gas-block which are more effective for passing of gas and liquid and reducing the pressure losing.

 

Packing:
20kg net weight in PE package, two packages in PP woven bag, and 20 packages in one carton box.

 

Packing size:
850*800 mm (PP bag); 1002*1002*820 mm (box).

 

Storage:
Separately stored in dry, ventilated warehouse equipped with fire-fighting facilities according to different types, grade and lot no. Use it immediately after opening to avoid the volatilization of water, which will influence dispersibility of the product.

 

Safety Precaustions:
1. Keep away from fire and heat sources for storage and transportation.
2. Cannot be transported or stored together with chemicals of oil, acid and alkali etc.
3. Proper measures should be taken to avoid damages to packing materials.
